 Just go with the flow you are just young and chances are that your relationship will be short lived anyway but if he is a really good friend now you may risk that by having a relationship with him if things don't work out between you.
They say opposites attract and it is quite true you will have twice as much to talk about if you have different interests.
Hope it works out for you just don't take things too seriously you are both very young x
