I made many friends in each middle school, but never got a chance to become best best friends... So in high school, I basically gave up making friends and now, I have no best friend that I can confine things with.Basically, I am very reserved, slightly anti-social but not uncomfortable to talk to. I have many acquaintances, but only 1 friend that is not my best friend, but a friend. Is that weird?

No. That's understandable. When you've moved around so much it can be difficult to find a good friend in someone, and for that to stick. That can be difficult even if you haven't moved around.
But I really think you should try and be more sociable. Don't give up on making friends. You need friends to make life fun. So try and socialize a bit more. I understand it can be difficult but if you gave it ago, you should sooner or later find someone that you can consider a true friend.
