Sometimes, I feel extremely empty in my chest and just feel that I don't like her anymore, othertimes, I feel a tightness in my chest and can't stop worrying about what happens if I break up with her.I'm seriously confused about my emotions and I think it's a sort of anxiety disorder because it comes in spikes and goes away suddenly. For now, I'm just flowing around with my thoughts, not resisting it.Does anyone have a similar "syndrome" or any useful advice? Thanks in advance Reply to this Question Share |

I would need to know more about you first. From what I've heard from my friends and other people I know in relationships, it's quite common to go through periods of being anxious about your partner, whether that's about their wellbeing or about the idea of them cheating on you, etc. Maybe you should tell her about it? You never know, you might find a way to help ease your anxieties. I wouldn't worry about this being "weird" or "unusual", in my non-expert opinion, I reckon it's just a sign that you care about her a lot, and at times, maybe a little too much (we've all been there).
