 Its probably just stress. this has happened to ALOT of people i know, including myself. Just have her take a pregnancy test so you will know. If she is pregnant it'll show up. But I wouldn't worry too much.

 It's probably just stress, that sounds pretty hard on her. If you used a condom, you'd probably know if it leaked. Stress can cause you to entirely skip a period. Why not just take a pregnancy test to put your minds at ease? Sounds like the last thing she needs is to add a possible pregnancy to her laundry list of stressors.
