Did you tell her you wanted to date her or did you just tell her you wanted to stop doing stuff together?
If she thought she was getting dumped she may have lashed out and said something hurtful.
If you know she meant it though then at least you can start moving on.

You have to figure out what she wants from this.
Is she just after a bit of fun and curious to experiment?
Or is she doing this because she thinks it will make you like her? Is this her way to get you to be her boyfriend?
If you want to check this is ok, then talk to her about it. Ask her if she wants to be more than friends or is she happy with the way things are?
If one of you wants to be friends, and the other wants to be more then you have to stop doing this so no one gets hurt.
