I don't know if anyone will be able to help me at all, but maybe if you or you're partner has gone through this yourself maybe you could tell me what happened?

I've been with my boyfriend for 15 months, and since we have both gone back to university this year we seem to have drifted apart over the last couple of weeks. i asked him if he felt it too, and he did, and found that the reasons for this were that he no longer felt about me how he used to. Even when we're together there's a distance between us now, we still get along ok, and neither of us want to leave the relationship, but its upsetting both of us that its nothing like how we used to be - we were very close, best friends, and understood everything about each other. if anyone has had this before, could u tell me if i'm kidding myself by hoping that this will get better?
