My mum is strict about dating so the only oppurtunity for us to have alone time is at school. But when we try to be alone she's always there butting in. And I tell her to go away but she never takes me seriously. His friends are just as bad.

Ditch your friend.
I hate hearing women say "girlfriends over men" thats a bunch of lies
heart over pride is better
the women who say that are the ones who just got dumped
or didnt care for the guy but wanna seem like friend of the year - -
that girl isnt your friend if she is butting in
i suggest ditching her
and making him ditch his friends too
thats what me and my guy did
now i made new friends
who are nice to him
and supportive of our relationship and understand when i wanna be alone with him
true friends aren't your husband/wife they are your FRIENDS
remember
a friend cant replace love
wether or not lonely women would like to believe it.

I would say for now just be friends with him, be a nice not needy girl and ignore your friend. Boys hate agressive girls that always but in and if you are nice and friendly you will win in the end. You are too young right now anyways, if you really like him as a person not just because he is cute, give him a friendship, don't try to impress him, just be a nice good girl:)
Good luck hun
