It is highly unlikely that at 16 you are mature enough to keep a long distance relationship going to the point where you will be ready to move in together in 12 months time.
It is highly unlikely that at 18 he will be wanting to go a year with a pen pal rather than sex.
It is quite likely that one of you will meet someone in the real world and lose interest in internet friendships.
In 12 months time everything will have changed.
Stay friends with him and see what happens. No one can tell the future.

you are both going to fast,you dont really know each other, i think you should carry on talking on the phone or emailing its way to soon to be talking about him moving to where you live you are both still very young whats to say if he moved near you you both would get on,explain you want to befriends if he cares about you he will wait and be happy to stay friends
