 Well maybe you could say your going out with a bunch of friends and you two can be together then. And about the whole what to talk about issue.. just talk about random things, talk about your interests, talk about where you wanna be in life, anything, just keep the conversation flowing. Be flirty and what not...you can talk about the simplest things and you'd have a great time with each other. Good luck
