(puckering your anus off and on for about 5 minutes at least five times a day) this will eventually tighten your anus hole and therefore your fecal matter will be less likely to come out! good luck. hope it helps!

speaking as a nurse , I would not suggest you use anything.
Try having sex when your bowels are empty this would help limit anything being in the bowel.
I presume you use a lubricant and this should also help.
Otherwise all I can say is its one of the hazards of having anal sex.
