 Well you need to ask yourself what are you getting out of this relationship? What is so good about it that you fear for it to be over? He is not making the effort to meet up with you face to face which to me sounds like he cant be bothered with you ( sorry if thats hurtful but its the truth) and if he is getting easily distracted then he is really not in to the relationship with you. You need to talk to him about it and ask him to put more effort in to meeting up with you and doing fun things together. Thats what relationships are meant to be like.
