I know that is a no no but it was the heat of the moment; now I am worried that I could get an infection.I am worrying so much and I have vowed to be much more safety conscious in future but I just cant stop worrying that I have caused some harm to my health.Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 January 2012): It's a no no, but it happens all the time, and you don't hear of people having problems all the time from it. If it wasn't terribly "dirty", and your immune system is OK, you should be fine. But I would agree to use protection in the future.
