I hurt him a lot and then he ended up hurting me back. we finally ended it, abruptly though. we haven't talked for three months. (it was long distance so we don't see each other--in the last 3 months) we were even guna get married. should I leave it at that or should I call him? I think he went back to his country.. so I don't even know if his number will be the same.. what should I do? leave it alone or try and call and if I were to call... what in the world am I supposed to say?

If you call him and he isn't there then I think that that is probably a sign that you weren't meant to talk to him (I believe in things like that!) but if he is there and does answer then you could start off by just asking him if he's doing ok etc, and if you feel bad for what happened between you then you can apologise.
I hope it goes well for you - Good luck! Keep us posted!
