We got on well but he doesn't want to date nor does he want to be friends! Help me..I am so confused!

help!ive met a guy and for the first few weeks we got on really great, but were in the same class and have the same friends so we didn't wana take it too serious, but i didn't know where i stood wiv him so i spoke to him but he didn't seem that interested in makin time for me so i suggested 2 b just mates but he said he didn't want 2 jus be mates. so now im really confused!

Hi, I am not sure what he meant when he said he did not want to be just mates, except that maybe he meant that he was interested in being something more.

It is not always a great idea to be the one to have the talk with a guy first about where he sees your relationship going, especially when your friendship is so new, I would wait for him to bring that subject up...guys usually like to be the ones that do the chasing, so let him do that by baking off and being a friend first....and then who knows, he may be asking you out if he feels comfortabe with you and attracted....you just have to wait and see.
