Hi sweetness,
It seems to me that this relationship has fizzled out. The excitement and spark that was once there is gone... and that's okay. I think you need to seriously consider letting this relationship go because it sounds like it's run its course.
You know that communication is important in a relationship. Effort must be made, however with the right guy you should feel comfortable enough to open up without much added effort. Don't force something to work if it's just not going to.
I wish you both much luck. I just don't think you two are meant for each other from what I've read. I think you can find a guy who you want to open up with and who a relationship and future comes a little more naturally with.
Good luck, sweetness!
