 In my opinion, yes you should because at this age things should be way more fun and you shouldn't have to deal with someone like that. Break up with him and get out and have some fun. You have plenty of time to find a guy or doesn't cause you stress over the fact that he could probably put some more effort into the situation and talk another way. I am assuming that he just gave up talking because he has no min.
Also as a side note it would be way cheaper to be on a plan rather than min becuase it is so easy to go through so much money in min.
