 Maybe getting to know her through the internet isn't the best idea. Is there any way you two could get together in real life? I know I'm an incredibly articulate individual in person, but when it comes to communication through type I'm pretty brief and boring. Maybe it's not your interests that are interfering, just the medium in which you try and share them. Just a thought.

of course she could be just shy!seems like your trying everything you can..maybe when you feel the conversation dying ask her what she wants to talk about..if you still get nothing,take pride in the fact that you tryed but shes not the one for you..
go out and find a girl who talks and whom you have something in common with,by the looks of it you deserve it!
