We broke up with her and seeing her talk to other guys really hurts. What can I do?

Me and my gf went out for 3 months and she was the best thing that ever happen to me and she broke up with me and ive been so hurt for more then a month and me and her go to the same school and i just have too many good memories of her and i cant get over her ive tried things but didnt work and i see that shes talking to this guy and it really really hurts i dont know what to do. What should i do to help the depresion go away and forget about her? Please give me advice thanks

Miss trust agony auntI have been through this but obviously im a girl and your a guy.

The only thing you can do is move on. It will always feel awful seeing her talk to someone else but you really have got to get out there. I promise that if you put your efforts into finding someone else then you will feel a lot better it certainly has worked for me. You will always have feelings for your ex and will always feel protective or jealous of their actions but you have to realise that you have to do what is good for you. You cant spend all your time grieving no matter how much you felt for her.
