I'm going through almost the same thing with my ex. It's really hard, but the best thing to do is just to ignore him. Don't answer his calls (maybe like once every two weeks or so, maybe less). If he wants to be with you, he should break it off with her first. You should have someone who WANTS to be with you, and isn't afraid to come out with it.
