That is normal to vision things of someone else when we think of them the idea is that you block them out, you will only send yourself mental if you keep raking over it. I suggest you just forget him and put him at the back of your mind he obviously had no respect for you else he would not have cheated on you and find someone that makes you happy and gives you the respect you deserve!!
