writes:Heyso heres the problem.. i was with this guy for 5 months and we both liked each other alot until one day he stopped talking to me.. it jus ended like that. I was devestated but i eventually moved on and realized if this guy was gunna hurt me it wasnt worth it. So like 4 months passed and i'd always see him staring at me even though he had a girlfriend. and of course my heart still had a place for him. Then we began talkin again... he told me he messed up and he really missed me. so we began takin things slow.. flirting an stuff. So a few days ago i texted him and he Still hasnt replied. So i texted him again today and still nothing. Do you think im coming across as annoying.. but after all hes the one that said he missed me. shouldnt he be the one tryin to talk to me??? please help im so confused

reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2007): Seriously, if you two are broken up and you text him and stuff like that and he's not replying, then wouldn't you say it's better to divert your concentration elsewhere than to leave it in first gear at friggin 5000 RPM? In other words, stop being confused although strange you are and if he decides to reply back, then great, you're a happy little girl. If he doesn't, then shrug it off. It's not like you two are 30+ and have a HUGE history of love and growth between you two. 5 months at mid teen - what can you two possibly achieve? Generally speaking that is... [wink]
