writes: i think i miss my ex only problem is i don't want to be missing him. we go to the same uni so i bump into him and its hard not to see him around. we broke up because we agreed it wasn't workinghe made me feel like other girls were more important than me. he wasn't good for me , my friends saw that and my parents. we didn't talk at all after, then a month later he contacted me to say he wanted to know why we werent together anymore. i said you didn't want me anymore. we had a long talk texting for 2 weeks then didnt speak for a week. then i saw him when i was out spent the night together. then he text me to say it was a mistake. that iwas with someone so was he.i told him to not contact me again, that hed really hurt me. he said he hadn't realised.didn't talk then few days ago hes asking how i am.i text on my housemates phone to say ring , my credits out. he asked why i haven't text him since he didn't ring. i feel queezy thinking about him ,what is the best way to deal with this and move on?

You know he was bad for you, and you know it wasn't working. Cut contact and move on. You don't' want to end up going back with him, only to find it's still not working and end up breaking up again, which will probably happen. He's your ex, leave him in the past, focus on your life now and what you want from it and you will eventually find a guy who is good for you.
