 You are much better without this guy in your life!! And by hearing that he strangled one of your friends, he is definatly Bad News!!! And you shouldn't even get involved with this guy! Avoid him at all cost!!! You were smart by breaking up with him. You deserve much better!!

 Ignore him. He sounds like bad news and I wouldn't go any further with this. Think about it, if hes going behind his girlfriends back saying that to you he could do exactly the same to you if you were his girlfriend. And if he seriously tried to strangle one of your best friends then you shouldn't even talk to him. And your young, you shouldn't be worrying about boyfriends you should just try and enjoy life!
