I have a best friend (a girl) and I've known her for 3 years but last year I started crushing on her, but this year I've been really obvious about how i feel. everyday i tell her i love her so much and she says the same. Everyone at school says we are soulmates and we are meant for each other, I told her that and she agreed so just a while back I asked her out and she said no but i know she still loves me so what should i do?

Find out what she would like and take her on a date to something that she will enjoy. The other possibility is that maybe she could not go due to arrangements at home. Talk to her and find out. Don't just except that she did not want to go with you. She might have a good reason for not being able to go.
