reader, anonymous, writes (7 March 2008): Depends on if they still have the same model braces as they had when I was a teenager. Not full on stuck, but when you are young and in experienced, yes they get in the way.
Remember, kissing is lips and optionally tongue, NOT teeth. I got that wrong on my second kiss, we were a bit to eager and collided. Cute in hindsight but very embarrising at the time not to mention painfull.
A thing to remember is that when the kiss becomes more passionate you are pressing the others person's lips NOT against their smooth teeth but against the braces glued(?) on top of them, this can hurt and it wasn't until I got rid of my braces that I understood how limiting they can be.
Mind you, theymay have found newer models as those huge outside models they had back then don't seem to be around anymore.
Full on stuck, not likely. You will make "mistakes" at first and you got to remember that too passionate a kiss can hurt because of the metal being pressed against your lips.
