reader, anonymous, writes (16 December 2006): So glad someone else is having the same problem. 2 points I have found myself- Him being on top is harder to get and stay in and if you are inexperienced (I have only just lost my virginity) sometimes letting him do the work is the only way to stop it from happening. Also always make sure he is completely hard first. I have no idea whether this is helpful but good luck

Relax and dont think about it!! Its all to do with the tension at the time and the will it wont it happen again type thing.
Not sure if your are a virgin or not, but maybe try the doggy position to start yourselves off... Its a bit like once you crack one position can be easier to master another, so the position you might be trying may be hindering you. Take it slow if it is your first time, but with you on all fours will give your man a better chance of aiming! The key is to relax and overcome the fear, and things will become a little easier. The more tense the situation becomes the harder to penetrate! So be totally relaxed and turned on together and ultimately happy together and take it a step at a time. Try not trying to hard, as this will have the opposite affect! Try to adapt an attitude of well lets not get stressed lets just have fun whatever and see what happens, key can sometimes be to not have any conceptions about what is about to happen and just let it flow.
