writes: Hi there girls,can any of you give me any advice on how to get rid of cellulite?? ive recently lost alot of weight and have a good diet. i also try to do an hours exercise 4 or 5 times a week, and drink lots of water. I feel happier with my body, but i just hate the cellulite on the back of my legs. Anyone got any advice?? ive recently just bought a cellulite massager to massage the back of my legs, and bought a firming lotion, but nothing seems to be working. i want to look good in my shorts this summmer. reader, anonymous, writes (6 April 2009): hands down the best stuff out there is cocoa butter, i buy the big cheap bottle and use it religously after shower and before bed time, it helps sooo much! i had a baby two years ago I used it thru-out being prego & afterwards and my skin snapped back!

I have heard a lot of great things about Bikram Yoga, not about cellulite though. It's yoga under sauna-like heat and is supposed to be great for your health.
I've also heard that lotions are a topical application, and the cellulite is far deeper than your skin, so they are kind of preying on your desire to get rid of it, rather than truly being effective. But keeping your skin soft with cream couldn't hurt either. A lot of pregnant ladies swear by cocoa butter. XXX
