Question - (5 April 2009) 0 Answers - (Newest, )
A female age , anonymous writes:

I have been in my new job a year and as I have come to the end of my probation, I am being bullied my my manager and her manager - both trying to make me appear incompetent and using triva to extend my probation. I have also been having problems with my son with social services involvement and as I teach, its startign to affect my work as social services has been swarming around after an incident where I hit him.

My b/f has been fairly supportive but I do not feel I can tell him everything. Lately I have felt so alone and really need a shoulder. he has not been around. He has not been intimate for nearly a year. I have no one to talk to. I have got a really good union rep but now my Easter is ruined as I have to go back to work as I plan to initiate a grievance.

Any advice please.
