 It's undoubtedly getting very close. Crying out is not necessarily a prerequisite, and your description is quite typical of a near or small orgasm for a young woman.

Maybe you could be confusing just a generally feeling of being aroused with an orgasm?I would say an orgasm is this big wash of good feelings coming over you, and your body sort of pulses with it, if you know what I mean. Afterwards, you could have another one but you feel like the tension is released and that you are not immediately ready to go again.
