if your man knows you would like phone sex .he probably realises you get frustrated .just may not realise you masturbate ...but as long as your happy and your pleased to see him ..whos to say when you listed and may be or not you had orgasm .you were not cheating cos you were thinking of your husband at the time ...my hubbus bit older than me .and though we have sex make love ..i do also use my fingers at time ..he may play with im self too .i dont know .never asked him ..just enjoy the pleasure off your man or the thinking of him for release take care

Think of it as porn: material that you use for stimulation. Okay, it was audible rather than visual but it’s the same concept. If it were porn, would you consider that cheating? IT all depends really on what each of you consider to be cheating: there are no hard and fast rules. Sleeping with some-one else would, for example, be considered cheating by most people, but views vary widely on porn. You didn’t know this man. You may not have even seen him. You weren’t actually interested in him, just the enjoyment of his sexual pleasure. I really wouldn’t give it another thought. If it makes you feel uneasy, don’t do it again, but I don’t see that you’ve done anything wrong here at all.
I wish you all the very best.

Not at all.
Think of it this way: You had an itch and scratched it.
