A female Ireland age 30-35, anonymous writes:

The other day there was this guy and he gave up his seat in study for my friend and then he wouldnt sit anywhere near her after lunch. Does that mean that he he likes her because she asked me about him and they talk a lot. Does he like her or not or is he just being a nice guy?

A male reader, ManAfterChrist United States +, writes (21 April 2010):

ManAfterChrist agony auntMost likely, he is just being a nice guy. But, if he is single, there is no reason why it can't turn into more than that! Tell her to flirt with him more and see if he catches on and returns the flirtation. If he isn't interested, I'm sure he is a nice enough guy to just keep being friends without any awkwardness. Good luck!
