Romance costs nothing, that is if you know how. I believe deep down inside of everyone is the ability to love and show romance, some better than others. You could always get that movie to rent that you know you will never get around to. Cook a romantic dinner(italian food)with candles. You could do a nice walk around. Play a board game against each other. Competition between two lovers is quit fun. It build climax. Just keep in mind to make him happy at the same time as yourself, no point in trying to go that extra mile when you can't.
