Tisha-1 agony auntReputable sperm banks test their donors for STDs. If you don't have a partner but want to get pregnant, go find a sperm bank that is appropriately licensed, accredited and inspected by the health department or state.

You and your partner would need to get tested for STD's. If you are both clean, then you'll be safe to try for a baby.
