 You might have an infection somewhere, not an sti though. A while a go I had swollen glands in my pelvic area and because of this I had Red spots/sores randomly on my vagina and my vaginal discharge was heavier than normal. It was just the bad/infectious stuff coming out. Lasted about a week, week and a half or so. Still see your doctor though. might not be the same thing.
