But as i was going, some of my defecation hit the water hard enough to make a slight splash, and maybe two drops at the most splashed onto the area between my testicles and my anus, and I think the other drop landed on my anus..I'm really scared, can anyone tell me if it's possible to contract any STD or HIV from something like this, a doctors opinion would be outstandingly appreciated

You're far more likely to get ill from not washing your hands properly!

Im not a doctor, but I don't think urine carries anything you can get infected by other than regular bacteria. It is blood and saliva and body fluids such as sperm that carry STD's. I have never heard any mentioning of urine being a possible carrier.
Urine in itself isn't harmful. People who enjoy golden showers drink it. If you get burned by a jellyfish, pee on the sting will help the burning stop, as another example.
I wouldn't recommend a swapping of different peoples pee, as it can be unhygienic, but you don't catch STD's from it me thinks. What you CAN get is bacteria that will give you the ordinary food poisonings... if you get it on your fingers and put your fingers in your mouth that is. So wash your hands and butt like normal, and you should be fine.

I think you should be fine, but if you are at all worried, go and talk to your doctor. They are better people to ask about medical questions!
One tip tho from a girl, if the toilet water looks a bit yellow, always flush BEFORE you go as well as after! :)
