Plan B has side effects and one of them is nausea, you should not take it as regular birth control, I doubt you are pregnant because you would not be having symptoms already. You probably have not even ovulated yet. Go to the doctor get on birthcontrol, and go buy some condoms, and you're all set.

Women who have regular periods can easily calculate when ovulation occurs. Ovulation almost always happens 14 days before you expect your period.
For a woman who has 28 day cycles, that would be in the exact middle of the cycle, 14 days after the last period and 14 days before the next one.
Women who have 30 day cycles can expect to ovulate 16 days after the last period, which is 14 days before the next one.
Women who have irregular cycles cannot predict when they will ovulate. In retrospect, they can calculate that ovulation occurred 14 days before a period.
It is not necessary to time intercourse to coincide with ovulation. That’s because both the sperm and the egg can live inside you for a while.
The egg can last approximately 24 hours after ovulation. If sperm are available anytime during this 24 hour window, you can get pregnant.
You don’t have to have sex within the 24 hour window, though. That’s because sperm can live inside you for 3 to 7 days, waiting for the egg to be released.
You can get pregnant by having intercourse anywhere from several days before ovulation to a day after ovulation.
If you ovulate on day 14 (counting the first day of your period as day 1), you can get pregnant by having sex anytime between days 9-15, and perhaps days 8 and 16 as well.
Conception will take place on day 14 or so, but you may have had sex many days before conception.
Plan B is ineffective once conception has occurred. Go to your GP for a pregnancy test. The GP can tell you what is the cause of your stomach discomfort.

Just so you know, the number one listed side effect of next choice is nausea.

Next choice pumps hormones into you, this might be why you are feeling sick. I doubt you are pregnant, even if you were, its very unlikely that you would experience nausea this early on. I think its unrelated. You can take a test in two weeks if it will make you feel better.
Please get on regular birth control! Its not good to abuse the morning after pill.

There's a possibility that you can be pregnant because you're having unprotected sex, not because you used next choice twice in one month. So of course there's a possibility that you could be pregnant. If you got your period at the end of april then I don't think you feeling sick would be related to pregnancy because it would be too soon to have symptoms.
I hope that you're aware that using the morning after pill is NOT supposed to be used as a regular form of birth control. If you don't want to become pregnant then be responsible and use condoms and use birth control. Especially since you have irregular periods I'm sure the pill or another form of birth control would be beneficial to you. You live in the U.S. find a Planned Parenthood center near you--they give out birth control and condoms like candy.
