In may some guy called his law firm and tried to get us fired. But its happening all over again. A girl called me up a couple days ago and said that she was seeing my now b/f and gave some details of things that i have done with the current b/f. She told me that she over heard him and his friends talking sh*t about me i wont' go into details but it was accurate on things i have done. Anyways I confronted my boy friend about it and he says its all lies he isn't seeing anyone else. I asked him how does this chick know where you live then? and know all these details and know your friends? He said he didn't know, he doesn't know this girl nor ever heard of her before. This is what leads me to believe its my ex boyfriend who just recently moved back from texas. My ex has told me he loves me and wants to be with me back in june. But i told him friends only and thats what we have been to each other. he has not told me his feelings since. I haven't talked to him in 2 weeks but am i just being paranoid with thinking that my ex had a girl call me up telling me this? this is the 2nd time this has happened. My b/f is in a band its what he does for a living and even though he lives with his parents i still care about him very much. I am 28 with a 9 year old daughter. My ex is 29. Well last night i had my car trashed they toilet papered it, flatted my tires and spray painted B*tch, Wh**e, Sl*t all over it. They also painted Sl*t on my apartment door. WTH is going on???When the girl came to my door in june and said she was seeing my boy friend at the time I broke up with him because I found out about another girl he was messing with. I also got a text message from his phone.I got a text message from my current boy friends phone right after that girl talked to me. Whom would you believe the ex or the current b/f???7 minutes ago - 1 week left to answer. Additional DetailsThis chick even knew about the text messages that I had sent him!

 I wouldn't believe anything that your ex is saying. He's already shown that he isn't trustworthy (when you found out he was cheating on you).
As for your current boyfriend, I'm not sure what to tell you. It sounds like the girl had A LOT of information about you and him, which is really odd considering neither of you even know her? So, he could be lying... unless you told your ex boyfriend some of the things she told you?
I find it really sad that you are being harassed so much, and am in disbelief that people not only just show up at your place and start things, but they actually vandalize your property? This sounds so juvenile! I would cut off all contact with your ex boyfriend, he wasn't a good person to you when you dated, why would he make a good friend? He clearly isn't loyal. End contact with him.
As for whether or not your current boyfriend is cheating, go with your gut instinct.
And the next time some random girl shows up at your place, don't give her the time of the day. Don't even open the door. If she doesn't leave, call the police, because this just sounds like it has gotten way out of hand. You're 28 with a daughter, you do not need to be dealing with this nonsense.
