of course i am scared about this.

please help i just need some advise to get over my fear!!!

thank you for your answers and wiered men have creeped me out since i heard of all these rapeings and then stabbings on the news.

I agree with the other's ... You have seen something that scared you. Try to protect your mind by not watching scary movies or listening to scary stories or watching the news. These all are full of bad things that the mind internalizes.

Have you read something in the news that might have put that seed into your mind? Has anything happened to your friends, or locally in your area recently?

Just be smart, and be aware, son't go places alone at night etc...
