reader, anonymous, writes (19 May 2010): Kegal excersises really work. I used to have an extremely loose vagina but after 12 weeks it was incredible. It was as if i had a completely new vagina. I would recommend to anyone. Also everytime you wee clench your vagina for about 15 seconds try to complete 4 times per wee. If not sure if you are clenching the right muscles put two fingers in your vagina and squeeze if feel a difference then you are doing right.Hope i helped.
