writes:I was going out with a guy for a few years but then I got really drunk and ended up cheating on him which was really stupid because I love him so much.... when he found out rumours about it I lied about it for ages then I just told him. We split up and then started seeing each other after a few weeks apart... then the other night I got really drunk and was dancing dirtily with some guys whilst he was there... I know its all my fault but he can't believe me that nothing happened whilst we were going out becuase he thinks that I'm lying to him, it's so confusing but basically he can't trust me because I've lied to him before but I can't prove that I haven't done things that he thinks I have because he can't trust me.I am so in love with him and I've just messed so much up. pleeease help me

 Well it seems you only do these things when your drunk so a simple solution would be to stop drinking.
I would advise you just to be more aware of how much you drink.You don't need to get hammered to have a good buzz.
I'd just assure him your in love with him and him alone.Say it was a few drunken dances and it didn't mean anything.
