reader, anonymous, writes (8 February 2011): I am pretty much totally sure this is happening because you feel under pressure to have an orgasm, and perhaps (subconsciously) self conscious and a bit nervous with your girlfriend. The fact that you are now worried about how long it takes is making it even worse.
Your best bet, really, is to take the pressure off as much as you can - ie, to say to your girlfriend that you aren't going to have an orgasm and don't want to, and that you just enjoy whatever you do with her, but that orgasm isn't important at the moment - that will come with time. And it will, but you need to relax more in her company, and you will only do this if there is no pressure.
And don't stress about it. It's only sex : )
