This probably requires a complete physical from a doctor or urologist. Try go to someone in your age group because a younger doctor is likely to just brush it off and tell you to be grateful for that once a week. Can I ask, are you physically fit? Do you exercise? Are you on any meds? All this info might provide a stray doctor hanging around these posts with clues to helping you with an answer.

Sexual activity is a joy in life that can endure to the end, but age and health status can present challenges. You've provided little information to go by here, but tell it all to your physician and you may experience good help and counsel.
