I have tried all "internet" nonmedical cures, from Hypnosis to Kegel Exercises, without any luck, only more anxiety or expectation without results. Is there no hope for me but to seek medication? :(

Dear male,
I heard of a scientifically proven method of how you can actually train not to ejaculate prematurely, not Kegel exercises, unfortunately I haven't found a good link so far. It's quite easy, if I remember it correctly.
Hang on. I'll be looking it up for you.
