A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm in need of some serious advice!! First of all, I'm gay and I'm in love with my best friend... I've wanted to tell him how I feel for months now and it's seriously affected my emotions. Just the other night our school held our 8th Grade Dance and I had a good time, but I was thinking of him the whole time and I got really depressed towards the end of the dance...The thing that's holding me back from telling him how I feel is his supposed feelings for his girl friend...Just so you know, he knows I'm gay and is fine with it. Recently, my other friend asked him what he'd think if I loved him (I didn't ask my friend to ask so I had no part in that.) My crush answered with 'I wouldn't care.' My friend later told me this and I was devasted!! I'm torn apart becuase of my emotions and have no idea what I should do!!!

Hi, I'm same guy who asked the question. To the person above, actually, he has. He's admitted to performing 'gay' sexual actions (Don't really feel comfortable talking about them in detail) and he has admitted to checking out guys before...I don't know if he's messing with me or what, but I feel like shit becuase of all of it :(

bobbles32 agony auntI think your friend is straight if he has a girl. If you tell him then you could potentially ruin your friendship with him. Has he given you any clues that he might like you more than a friend? or that he might be bisexual or gay?
