Is this good to help her have an orgasm?

I had the same problem with my boyfriend, we talked about it and he wasn't offended and neither should your partner be, we started texting each other during the day (flirting) and teasing throughout the day, by the evening your ready to burst, its better for the both of you :) and as for the fingering situation, its different for every girl, if she has asked you to do it then she must like it, go down on her, she'll climax quicker, all girls do!!!

How is your general health? Here is some advice, but I have no idea what your lifestyle is actually like. If you're often tired, you might have an underlying health issue, or a vitamin/mineral deficiency...so you really should go to a doctor to get a full physical and blood work done. You could be deficient in iron or deficient in zinc (related to sex drive)...you could have a weak heart or be suffering from stress, amongst other things. So, I can't say it enough, see a doctor soon so that you can figure out why you're too tired for sex.If you work long hours, try to regain some of that energy lost by taking care of your body.Eat a healthy diet low in saturated fat (found in milk, butter, cheese, lard, etc). Don't eat much, if any, fast food. Try to eat lots of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, unrefined grains (so, no bread made with white flour or pasta)...avoid eating much sugar. Your iron levels could be low, so eat red meat at least twice a week...Exercise about three times a week when you can, for about 45 minutes or so, but if you don't already exercise, you should built up gradually. It's probably crucial that you consult a doctor about how much exercise you should start out with, depending on how in shape you are now (if you do not currently exercise). If anything, start to take some nice 45 minute walks at a moderate pace. Go to a spa and get a massage (not a sexual massage, just a regular massage!)Breathe deeply, and if you smoke, cut WAAAY down. Same for drinking...cut waaay down on alcohol consumption if you drink. Also, don't forget to drink lots of water, and avoid drinking lots of caffeine. The more caffeine you drink, the more you will be tired over time after the initial rush of caffeine has subsided.About the girlfriend--stimulating her with your hand is a good way to get her to cum, especially if you focus on her clit while you're doing this. Some women are so sensitive that the pull of your fingers in her vagina will stimulate her clit to orgasm, but often you need to combine penetration with direct stimulation of her clitorous to bring a woman to orgasm. Why don't you just ask her if it works for her, and what she wants you to do in order to make her cum?
