Im sort of in a simalar situation.
Theres a girl i like (i think she likes me) and our christmas party is this weekend. I dont know really know how to ask her out.
I think that trying to make the first move at a christmas party might be a bad idea cos all your work mates will be around and you dont really wanna make an idiot of yourself. Try to make a move when you are both alone or around people you dont know. That will make it less akward.
Anyway , shouldn't this guy be making the first move if he likes you??
