Tell her your feelings, and then ask her out.

 I agree. Plenty of guys in your situation, myself included, love to imagine the best way to ask a girl out. And if you can get her by herself, without any of her or your friends around to intervien in any way, this gives you a good chance. If you struggle to do this during school, you could ask her while walking her home. If that's too crowded, perhapps you could ask her round to your house. Just hang out there for a while, and then if the timing is right (which it may not be the first time or first couple of times) you can ask her then.
Keep in mind, she may reject you, and the only other advice I can give is; Don't tell her you LOVE her!!

 Hi babe, maybe find a time when its just her on her own then just walk up to her, and maybe ask if she wants to do somethin this weekend, as if you just wanted to be her mate and then you both get to know each other, and she may even ask you..
