writes: Hello All,I had this strange problem of not being able to get up in morning.Usually i go to bed at 11-12 at night and wake up by 8-9...I think i am sleeping nearly 10 hours a day..Isnt this a problem....As far as i have 8 hours is the normal time.....Well i am not into much physical activities...so getting tired is not a question....Most of the time i would be in front of Computer.....Is there a way to reduce the sleeping hours....? Computers can make you tired. Switch the computer off at least two hours before you go bed. See if that helps at all.

I think I read somewhere that physical exercise and regular routines can improve sleeping patterns. By using the computer a lot and doing little physical activity I am of the understanding it does lead to poor sleep habits.
