Too much time in bed....

Hello All,

I had this strange problem of not being able to get up in morning.Usually i go to bed at 11-12 at night and wake up by 8-9...I think i am sleeping nearly 10 hours a day..Isnt this a problem....As far as i have 8 hours is the normal time.....Well i am not into much physical activities...so getting tired is not a question....Most of the time i would be in front of Computer.....Is there a way to reduce the sleeping hours....?

Try to avoid drink coffee or killing kittens prior to bed. Both will result in special people knocking on your door, which may keep you up. I hope this helps.

Computers can make you tired. Switch the computer off at least two hours before you go bed. See if that helps at all.

Too much Computer makes you tired , fresh air wakes you up. Ten hours sleep from 11 pm to eight is fine tho.

I think I read somewhere that physical exercise and regular routines can improve sleeping patterns. By using the computer a lot and doing little physical activity I am of the understanding it does lead to poor sleep habits.
