A female India age 22-25, anonymous writes:

?Hello everyone :)

I was studying in a coaching where I met a guy let's call him A. I had a crush on him since day 1 but kept it hidden. later we had an eye contact for some 8 sec when he was along with his frnds and we both blushed.

so his friends started teasing us with each other's names however after that he indirectly hinted me his feelings like staring and bumping at the place where O was supposed to go.

however I once saw him at a restaurant with a girl speaking to him and I assumed her to be his gf through their chemistry and at the same scene I was passing by the boy which was present with the girl. And A smiled at me which I didn't understand and then I thought he is distracting me and playing so I ignored him every time but the teasing nevr stopped

meanwhile Now his another frnd Y had developed feelings for me and even wrote "shayarus for me which I came to know later they had a fight over me and I don't like Y so I ignored him even harder. And all the boys in our class made fun of him

Now a mutual girl "T" who is very close frnd of Y and acquaintance of me suddenly asked me my feelings for A and I confessed o had a crush on him and she suggested me and helped me to make A move so I confesed feelings through a letter to A which he replied "sorry sister" had brutally stapled it on book and scratched on it

I was so angry but I am well a psychology student So next day I purposely gave A a huge smile which he was shocked and surprised to see.Now some girls of our class tell me that "T" has a crush on A.Although T is in a committed relationship.

A is angry with me which is quite funny although I should be the one who should be angry

My question finally is ,1.Is Y seeking a revenge for my rejection through A (given that Y and A are best friends almost bros)?

2.Is T playing games so that she can eliminate me and win A ?

3.Why don't A's close friends(including Y)

stop teasing us?

4.Why A replied me in such a cold way I am sure he feels romantically for me

5.Also I doubt my school friend who apparently and one sided love for me fought with A over me?

6.What should I do how?

Sorry for long question:)

A reader, anonymous, writes (21 August 2020):

I think A is just having some fun with you, and you're turning it all into too much drama!

Ignore him, and and everybody else contributing to this after-school TV drama!

I see a lot of immaturity. This one likes that one; but this one doesn't like that one! Step-away from it, and watch it all evaporate into the atmosphere! It's all childishness!

The note should have been enough to make you realize this isn't going anywhere. He sent you a note that you didn't like. Ignore it, rise above it, and move on. Save the phony smiles and theatrics trying to prove how unmoved you are by it. Try being adult enough to not care!
