Little to my knowledge did I even know this was possible, and not being told by my mother to clean the foreskin etc. So, I now have found I have a small strip of skin that prevents me from pulling my foreskin right back, I can get it right over the head of the penis, however I can only do this whilst unerected.Quite obviously, it hasn't been cleaned and when I touch the head of my penis it hurts, a slight touch and it will hurt, the same for the inside of the foreksin itself. Is this normal? Should it hurt and should the piece of skin be there? Thanks

You can only pull the foreskin back so far so dont try forcing anything. Always keep that area clean and dry well after cleaning. Google foreskin anatomy and you will see you are perfectly normal.

I had a very, very sensitive penis head (glans), and had a very hard time getting the skin stretch enough to pull the foreskin down. My first attempts were very, very painful.
With masturbation, and thanks to the love of my girlfriend, I now can pull my foreskin easier and quicker. I also wash my penis head regularly (girls won't like to give you oral if it's stinky ).
When I was your age, I could barely stand the feeling of water falling over the head.
Don't worry pal, it's normal for us guys without circumcision are very sensitive.
